Trans-Business Broker (the Certificate of inclusion in the Register of customs Brokers № 0170/01 dated 18.09.2012) is a part of Trans-Business Group of companies, which has been operating on the customs market, logistics, shipping, trucking, air freight, rail transportation and legal services since 1994.
Trans-Business Broker was one of the first companies in the Russian Federation to be included in the Single Register of Customs Brokers (No.09). Trans-Business Broker renders services on area of customs business. Trans-Business North-West (the Certificate of inclusion in the Register of customs carriers № 10000/0182Г dated 11.08.2014) is a part of Trans-Business group of companies , which has been operating on the customs market, logistics, shipping, trucking, air freight, rail transportation and legal services since 1994.
The application of customs transit procedure is the only way to move foreign goods, which are under the customs control, from the place of arrival up to internal customs authority.
Placing the goods under the procedure of customs transit, customs bodies do not require granting maintenance of payment of the customs duties and taxes, if as declarant, the customs carrier acts. One of condition of inclusion in the registry of customs carriers is to grantee maintenance of payment of the customs duties, taxes to the sum, which is equivalent not less than two hundred thousand of euro. That is, our company has already brought maintenance of payment of the customs duties, taxes at facility of your cargo under a customs procedure of customs transit.

Trans-Business North-West, as a part of Trans-Business Group of companies, is a customs carrier and has been operating on the market of logistics services since 1996 year.
Based on the results of the competition participants of foreign economic activity, Trans-Business North-West had won the title “The best customs carrier” (every year from 2009 to 2013). The total number of trucks as their own, and rent, is over 500. History
1996
The Company developed a new logistic product consisting of a package a services in port forwarding, documenting the internal customs transit and transportation of containerized cargo by the in-house customs carrier – all within the same company.
The Company was engaged in the door-to-door delivery services provided by the major container lines (such as Maersk, Sea Land, OOCL) that began doing business in the Russian Federation.
The Company entered the customs clearance market.
1997
The customs clearance services were included into the standard package of services.
Trans-Business was recognized by the North-West Customs Department as the best Russian customs carrier of the year (1997).
1999
The Customs Broker License was obtained.
Trans-Business began to offer services in port forwarding and customs clearance for non-containerized cargo transported by sea in intermodal traffic (1999).
2000
The container truck fleet was upgraded; and additional Volvo tractor trucks were purchased (2000).
2002
Trans-Business Broker became one of the top three customs brokers at the Baltic Customs by the amount of customs payments transferred to the budget.
Trans-Business, in cooperation with Schenker Russia CJSC, won the tender for the door-to-door delivery of automotive components to the plant of Ford Motor Company CJSC opened in Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad Region.
Trans-Business was the first in Saint-Petersburg to offer services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (2002).
2003
Trans-Business was one of the first companies in the Russian Federation to be included in the Single Register of Customs Brokers (with No. 09) and the Single Register of Customs Carriers in accordance with the requirements of a new Customs Code.
Trans-Business, in cooperation with National Container Service LLC, developed unique technologies for cargo handling at a terminal of the First Container Terminal CJSC.
2004
Trans-Business entered the multimodal transport market.
The operations offices of the container freight forwarding department were opened at the two most promising and developing container terminals of the Big Port of Saint-Petersburg, Petrolesport LLC and Mobi Dik LLC, Kronshtadt.
Trans-Business began to operate as a customs broker at the Saint-Petersburg Customs and the North-West Excise Customs.
Trans-Business became a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Leningrad Region.
2005
Trans-Business North-West was recognized by the North-West Customs Department as the leading customs carrier in the North-West Federal District of the Russian Federation.
2006
Trans-Business became a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Saint-Petersburg.
Trans-Business, in cooperation with NYK Logistics, won the tender for logistics and customs brokerage services for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Russia LLC.
Trans-Business was one of the first companies to introduce an electronic declaration system in cooperation with the Baltic Customs.
Trans-Business began to provide charity support to the choir of veterans of the Great Patriotic War and military service named for F.M. Kozlov of the Leningrad Military District.
2007
An operations office of the declaration department was opened at Shusharsky customs station, Shushary village.
Trans-Business North-West was recognized by the North-West Customs Department as the leading customs carrier in the North-West Federal District of the Russian Federation.
Trans-Business Broker LLC was recognized by the Expert Council in Economics and Management of the Editorial Board of the National Encyclopedia of Personalities of the Russian Federation as the Russian Economy Leader.
In 2007, the Company became a member of the Russian Forwarders Association and the Association of International Road Carriers (ASMAP).
Trans-Business became a member of the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA).
2008
In nomination ‘The best customs carrier” of the North-West Customs Department competition and leaders of foreign economic activity 'Customs Olympus ', organized by the Federal Customs Service, the winner is Trans-Business North-West.
2009
With the honor of having overcome the crisis, Trans-Business group of companies begins to expand actively the network of branches and representative offices in the Russian Federation. Offices are opened, providing brokerage and freight forwarding services, in Moscow, Pskov and Novorossiysk.
The complex range of logistics services starts to develop dynamically. TB Logistics company, established in 2009, begins to do logistics services as well as export and import operations.
New offices were established in Germany (Hamburg), United Kingdom (London) and Singapore.
Trans-Business Broker wins the competition leaders of foreign economic activity “Customs Olympus North-West” in the nomination “The largest customs broker on the sum of customs duties”.
Trans-Business company becomes an annual participant in the largest exhibition of transport and logistics in Russia, CIS and Baltic countries-the exhibition “TransRussia”.
2010
Trans-Business group of companies continues to expand its geography: representative offices start working in China (Shanghai) and Argentina (Buenos Aires).
Trans-Business Broker confirms the proud title of the leader of the foreign economic activity, winning in the nomination “The largest customs broker e-Declaration” in the competition of “Customs Olympus-2010” and Trans-Business North-West had recognized the leading carrier one more time.
2011
A further step towards strengthening the position of Trans-Business in the world is an opening of new office in Rotterdam, the largest sea port city in Europe.
The unique software product “Trans-Business Logistics”, which allows our clients to monitor continuously the online status of goods, obtains a certificate of State registration of computer programs.
2012
Trans-Business cherishes all clients and offers not only the full range of necessary services, but also an individual flexible approach. Among the clients of Trans-Business group of companies associate “Hitachi Construction Machinery Eurasia Manufacturing” and “Estee Lauder companies”.
2013
